On this trip, you will learn the basics of freediving and familiarize yourself with freediving tools. The trip offers a safe way to get to know the amazing backcountry of Ylläs and you will get important information about how to move around the fells safely.

On the trip, we will calculate with natural snow, so the participants are required to be able to calculate with variable snow.

Equipment needed for the trip:

• cross-country skiing equipment (splitboard or touring skis + risers)
• snow safety equipment
• insurance

You can rent splitboards from Palo Adventures rental company or Tunturiflow online rental company. When booking, let us know if you need rental equipment and we will send you a discount code to the Tunturiflow rental office.
